Prediction Arena

1 How predictions work

• Choose an available prediction for the selected cricket match.
• Select one option and submit your prediction.
• Once submitted, your prediction cannot be changed.
• Predictions appear only when their rule/trigger is active; the system does not create questions on every over.

2 Pre-match predictions

• Match Winner: Who will win the match?
• Toss: Who will win the toss?
• Highest Run Scorer: Who will be the highest run scorer?
• Total Score: What will be the total score?

Only a small number of pre-match questions are kept active at a time.

3 Live match predictions

• Next Over Runs: Predict the runs in the selected over checkpoint.
• Powerplay Score: Predict the score during the powerplay window.
• Next Wicket: Predict which bowler will take the next wicket.
• Next Boundary: Predict whether the next scoring shot will be a boundary.
• Next Six: Predict whether a six will be hit in the next over.
• Wicket: Predict whether a wicket will fall in the next over when that trigger is available.

4 Special live predictions

• Next Ball Event: After a real Four, Six, or Wicket event, predict what happens on the next ball: Four, Six, Wicket, or Other.
• Fifty: When the current batter is approaching 50, predict whether they will score a Fifty.
• Century: When the current batter is approaching 100, predict whether they will score a Century.
• Death Over: During the configured death-over point, predict the runs scored in that over.
• Chase: In a close late chase, predict whether the batting team will successfully chase the target.

5 Cricket format rules

• The Prediction Arena is cricket-only right now.
• The system recognizes T10, T20, ODI, The Hundred, and Test formats.
• Normal-over questions use selected checkpoints instead of appearing every over.
• Powerplay and death-over questions follow the format's configured windows.
• Live prediction limits are format-specific, so the board does not become overloaded with questions.

6 Results & rewards

• Live/event predictions can be resolved during the match when the required result is available.
• Match Winner, Highest Scorer, and Total Score are final-outcome predictions and are resolved only after the match is actually finished.
• Correctness is checked against the actual match result/event data.
• Rewards are processed from your selected option, prediction difficulty, and whether the prediction was correct.
• Your completed predictions move to Results/My Predictions after they are resolved.
