You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. The Platform is intended for users in India and may not be accessible in all jurisdictions.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized access.

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate others; (c) upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) attempt to access another user's account; (e) use the Platform for spam, fraud, or misleading activities; (f) disrupt the Platform's servers or networks; (g) collect user data without consent. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fanconnact a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content within the Platform. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

All platform content, logos, trademarks, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Fanconnact or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
सभी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सामग्री, लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क, डिज़ाइन, टेक्स्ट, ग्राफ़िक्स और सॉफ़्टवेयर Fanconnact या इसके लाइसेंसधारकों के स्वामित्व में हैं और भारतीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कॉपीराइट कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित हैं। आप पूर्व लिखित सहमति के बिना पुनरुत्पादन, वितरण, संशोधन या व्युत्पन्न कार्य नहीं बना सकते।
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanconnact, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.
